The Firm founded by Lt. Shri R. N. Nema BE (Hons) in 1992, consists of M.Arch Sugandha Tiwari Nema (Hons) & Er. Awaneesh Nema M.Tech (Hons), besides team of Draftsmen, Field Engineers, Surveyors & other allied staff. It needs no mention that the most important reason behind our success is our strong and updated infrastructure that has been providing creative & superior quality services at competitive price and maintains high standards of professional efficiency.

The firm provides services for all types of Architectural, Interior Designers and Civil Engineering works from ‘Concept to Completion’ involving planning, preparing architectural & structural working drawings surveying, working out bills of quantities required for execution of the work.
Our approach to the various designs of the project starts with careful & precise evaluation & understanding the needs & requirement of our clients and providing them with best alternatives keeping in mind space utilization functionality time frame & cost in line with their preset provisions.
Achievement
The Firm has received Vishwakarma Award 2011 (For Category of "Achievement award of Best Project"), which is organized by CIDC (Construction Industry Development Council, New Delhi) for institutional project of XIDAS.
The Xavier Institute Management Campus is in sprawling 12 acres which houses academic buildings, hostels, library and auditorium.
Construction Industry Development Council is the apex body that is dedicated to work relentlessly towards promoting best practices in the Indian construction industry and helping it achieve a global stature.
